If you’ve been following the news lately, you know there’s a total solar eclipse happening in just a few days and our hometown of Waco, Texas, is in the path of totality! Excitement here is mounting, and we’ve whipped up a delicious little whiskey cocktail to mark the occasion.
Eclipse Affogato Cocktail:
- 1 oz whiskey infused with Camp Craft Cocktail Affogato kit
- Seltzer water to top
- 1/2 oz melted vanilla ice cream
1) Fill your glass halfway with crushed ice.
2) Add the whiskey, top with seltzer, finish with melted ice cream, serve!
Makes 1 drink
